Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1.5 teaspoons chili powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Combine pumpkin seeds with rich melted butter, then mix in syrup, spicy chili powder, aromatic cumin, and a pinch of salt until fully blended. Spread the flavorful seeds evenly in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if needed.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes. Then, transfer the seeds to a paper towel-lined plate and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
