Air-fried sweet maple-miso salmon cooked from frozen for last-minute cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 (4 ounce) frozen salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a shallow rimmed container, mix maple syrup, miso paste, soy sauce, bagel seasoning, and garlic powder. Place salmon fillets in the marinade, skin-side up, and let marinate for at least 10 minutes. Transfer the marinated salmon fillets to an air fryer basket.
  • Air-fry salmon at high heat for 5 minutes, then lower temperature to 370°F (187°C) and continue air-frying for an additional 10 minutes or until fish easily flakes with a fork.
