Air fryer cinnamon-sugar doughnuts: Healthier and flavorful with less calories.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 (16.3 ounce) package refrigerated flaky biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers)
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, add melted butter. In another bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Divide the biscuit dough into individual portions and use a biscuit cutter (or the bottom of a piping tip) to shape them into doughnuts. Transfer the doughnuts to the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the doughnuts at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C until they are beautifully golden brown, which should take approximately 4 to 6 minutes. Then, gently flip them over and cook for an extra 1 to 3 minutes until perfectly done.
  • Take the doughnuts out of the air fryer. Coat each doughnut all over with melted butter, then fully cover it with a sugar-cinnamon mixture. Serve right away.
