Easy breakfast pockets using crescent roll dough in the air fryer, customizable filling.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces maple apple chicken sausage
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Separate crescent dough into triangles and slice sausage into coin-sized pieces.
  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add eggs and sausage pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
  • Take approximately 2 tablespoons of filling and a portion of Cheddar cheese and place them on 8 of the crescent triangles. Top with the remaining crescent dough pieces and press the edges together to seal the filled triangle pockets.
  • Air fry until beautifully golden in just 5 minutes, then serve straight away.
