Experience flavor-packed Korean gochujang air fried chicken wings for a culinary adventure!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste), or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 2 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
  • 1.5 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • In a large resealable bag, mix together pineapple juice, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, brown sugar, and fresh ginger. Add the wings and ensure they are coated in the marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°F (95°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the wings from the marinade and place them in the air fryer basket.
  • Bake wings for 20 minutes, remembering to flip halfway through at the 15-minute mark.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Gently take out the wings and dust with sesame seeds. Serve promptly.
