Air-fried Greek frittata with feta, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 cup coarsely chopped spinach leaves
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup diced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously coat a 6-inch cake pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl, combine eggs and cream, then mix in spinach, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, onion, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly blended. Transfer the mixture to the cake pan and cover securely with foil.
  • Air-fry uncovered for an additional 4-8 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
