Crispy air-fried Greek loaded fries with tzatziki, olives, and grape tomatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 English cucumber, shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) container Greek yogurt (such as Fage®)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons freeze-dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning (such as Cavender's®)
  • 1 small red onion, cut into thin strips
  • 0.25 cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • 12 grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions:
  • Place shredded cucumber in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and allow to drain for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare the tzatziki by combining yogurt, lemon juice, dill, garlic, vinegar, and feta in a small bowl. Mix well, then fold in the shredded cucumber and set aside.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for the crispiest results.
  • Toss fries with olive oil and Greek seasoning until well coated. Grease air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place half of the fries in the basket.
  • Air fry the fries for 10 minutes until they are crispy. Flip them and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until they reach your desired level of crispiness. Repeat the process with the remaining fries.
  • Plate fries among 4 dishes, then generously drizzle with cucumber sauce. Top each plate with red onion strips, Kalamata olives, and grape tomatoes for a colorful finish.
