Easy and quick pizza bombs made with just a few ingredients, perfect for your air fryer.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 (19 ounce) can Southern-style flaky refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands®)
  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • 16 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Line the basket with parchment paper and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Divide the biscuits into 8 pieces and gently press each into 6-inch discs. Spread 1 tablespoon of spaghetti sauce on each disc, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese and arrange 4 slices of pepperoni on top, slightly overlapping. Fold the edges of the biscuits up and pinch to seal. Arrange the stuffed biscuits in the air fryer basket with the sealed side facing down. Lastly, brush them with butter before cooking.
  • Air fry until perfectly golden and crispy, for 4-6 minutes.
  • Flip each delicious biscuit over and generously brush with the remaining flavorful butter. Air fry until perfectly golden brown on the other side, approximately 3 to 5 more minutes of mouthwatering anticipation.
