Air-fried pumpkin spice donut holes coated in a sweet pumpkin spice-cinnamon sugar blend.
Ingredients:
  • avocado oil cooking spray
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 0.125 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C), then line the basket with parchment paper and coat it with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt in a bowl, then set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin, egg, pumpkin syrup, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Use a medium cookie scoop coated with nonstick spray to drop batter onto parchment paper, ensuring the donut holes are separate.
  • Cook donut holes in the air fryer for 5 to 9 minutes or until done. If needed, cook in batches. Allow to cool for approximately 15 minutes before serving.
  • In a small bowl, mix together sugar, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon. Lightly spray cooled donut holes with avocado oil and coat them evenly with the sugar mixture.
