Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar Pumpkin Seeds: Crunchy snack made with just three ingredients for a delicious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine pumpkin seeds with vinegar and marinate for at least 1 hour. Drain excess vinegar and mix in salt.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), then cook the seeds in the basket for 30 minutes, shaking every 10 minutes.
  • Place the seeds onto a plate lined with paper towels and allow them to rest for 5 minutes.
