Crispy, cheesy air fryer ravioli with guilt-free marinara dip - perfect appetizer or snack!
Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 0.25 cup Italian-style bread crumbs (such as Vigo®)
  • 0.25 cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated spinach and mozzarella ravioli
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 cup marinara sauce, heated
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Whisk egg and water in a small bowl. Mix bread crumbs and Pecorino Romano cheese on a plate. Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, then coat evenly with bread crumb mixture. Arrange breaded ravioli on a plate and continue with the rest. Lightly spray ravioli with cooking spray before cooking.
  • Arrange the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • Preheat the air fryer, then cook for 6 minutes. Flip ravioli using tongs and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Remove and repeat with remaining ravioli. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
