"Air-fried salmon and asparagus duo, a delightful speedy meal for one ready in just 20 minutes."
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (6 ounce) fillet salmon fillet, thawed if frozen and patted dry
  • 0.5 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
Instructions:
  • Combine honey, olive oil, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly until a slightly thick sauce forms.
  • Coat the salmon fillet generously with half of the marinade, then transfer it to the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 4 minutes until perfectly crispy.
  • Arrange the asparagus neatly around the fillet, ensuring it's not covering it. Brush the remaining sauce over the asparagus and salmon.
  • Cook the salmon and asparagus in the air fryer at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C for 6 to 7 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked and the asparagus is tender.
