Whip up quick and delicious air fryer salmon in 8 minutes for a speedy dinner solution.
Ingredients:
  • Nonstick spray
  • 4 (4- to 5-ounce) skin-on salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper or 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Grease the air fryer basket with a light coating of nonstick cooking spray.
  • Prepare the salmon: Lay the salmon skin side down on a plate and drizzle the exposed sides with olive oil, then season with lemon pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  • Air fry the salmon: Arrange salmon in the air fryer basket ensuring they are not touching. Consider placing lemon slices underneath. Cook at 350˚F for approximately 8 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 135°F to 140˚F. Adjust time for desired doneness.
