Air-fry a rich and creamy spinach and feta frittata with just 4 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped spinach leaves
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and generously spray a 6-inch cake pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a bowl, combine eggs and cream by whisking together. Mix in spinach, feta cheese, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated. Transfer the mixture to the cake pan, cover securely with foil.
  • Air-fry for a total of 10-14 minutes to achieve a beautifully golden brown top and a toothpick inserted in the center coming out clean.
