Make delicious Cajun polenta fries with pre-made polenta, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Enjoy them hot or cold!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 (18 ounce) package prepared polenta, cut into 3/4-inch wedges
  • salt to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Mix oil and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Brush the flavorful oil onto the polenta wedges using a pastry brush, then lightly sprinkle with salt. Arrange the wedges in the air fryer bowl, slightly overlapping if necessary.
  • Cook the potato wedges in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes, then gently flip them using a silicone spatula. Continue cooking, shaking the basket occasionally and using the spatula if needed, until the wedges are crispy, for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
