Make guilt-free crispy fries in an air fryer for a healthier option without sacrificing crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch sticks (straight or ruffle cut)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning (ideas below), or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Place the potatoes in a bowl, cover them with water, and allow them to soak for 30 minutes. After draining, gently pat them dry with paper towels. Drizzle with oil and toss until evenly coated.
  • Heat your air fryer to a perfect 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Layer the potatoes in the fryer basket and cook until beautifully golden brown, tossing every 5 minutes for around 15 to 20 minutes. Season generously with salt and your favorite seasonings.
