Crispy air-fried potato skin wedges, easier to make than fries and just as delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, cover potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium-low heat until fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and refrigerate in a bowl until completely cool, approximately 30 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cut cooled potatoes into quarters and coat them with the mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place half of the potato wedges in the air fryer basket with the skin side down, ensuring not to overcrowd the basket.
  • Fry until beautifully golden, for about 13 to 15 minutes. Repeat with remaining wedges.
