Crispy seasoned potato wedges made in an air fryer, ready in 30 minutes. Easy and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium russet potatoes
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut each potato into 16 wedges by halving lengthwise, then halving each half lengthwise, and finally halving each quarter lengthwise. Gather the seasonings.
  • In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Arrange half of the potato wedges in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes.
  • Using tongs, gently flip the wedges and cook for 5 more minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
  • Continue cooking the rest of the wedges until they are all golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve while piping hot and savor every delicious bite!
