Pecan-crusted baked salmon - a delicious main dish.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 5 teaspoons honey
  • 0.5 cup fresh bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 6 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 lemon wedges
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Combine mustard, butter, and honey in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, mix bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
  • Season the salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper, then lay them out on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush the fillets with a flavorful mustard-honey blend, and generously coat the top of each fillet with a savory bread crumb mixture.
  • Bake until salmon just flakes with a fork, approximately 10 minutes per inch of thickness at the thickest part. Serve with lemon wedges for garnish.
