Spicy marinade enhances grilled salmon's flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 8 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 0.5 cup peanut oil
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix peanut oil, soy sauce, vinegar, green onions, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, and salt. Pour over salmon in a glass dish, cover, and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready by positioning the coals approximately 5 inches below the grate and giving the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Grill the fillets 5 inches from the coals, turning once, for 10 minutes per inch of thickness at the thickest part until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
