Gluten-free almond flour bread with almond milk and flaxseed meal - a low-carb, dairy-free delight!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup flaxseed meal
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare an 8x4-inch loaf pan by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine almond flour, flaxseed meal, eggs, almond milk, olive oil, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until a soft dough comes together.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan.
  • Bake in the oven until the top turns golden brown, approximately 40 minutes. Allow to cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool thoroughly.
