Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat your waffle iron as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a large bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, and vanilla. Combine the flour mixture with the egg mixture until smooth.
  • Coat the hot waffle iron with cooking spray. Ladle batter onto the iron; cook until golden brown and the steam dissipates, around 5 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Enjoy while hot.
