Crispy gluten-free waffles made with buckwheat and almond flours for a deliciously soft inside.
Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 cups milk
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the waffle iron following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Combine milk, buckwheat, almond flour, vegetable oil, eggs, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth batter forms.
  • Ladle batter into hot waffle iron in batches and cook until waffles are crispy and golden, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
