Almost-Instant Beef Stroganoff

Cozy up with speedy beef and rich gravy over creamy mashed potatoes. Instant comfort in every bite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package Betty Crocker™ mashed potatoes and hearty beef gravy mix
  • 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom pieces and stems, undrained
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Brown the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once browned, remove from the skillet and drain off any excess fat.
  • Heat water in the skillet until it boils. Whisk in 1 packet of Gravy Mix until smooth. Add beef, mushrooms, sour cream, parsley flakes, and garlic powder. Cook until heated through, stirring constantly. Cover and let sit off the heat.
  • While the beef is browning, prepare 4 servings of potatoes. Serve the beef mixture over the potatoes.
