Assemble layers at home, add hot water at work, stir, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml dried macaroni
  • 125g can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
  • 187.50 ml frozen diced vegetable mixture
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 44.40 gm tomato paste
  • 30.00 gm basil pesto
  • 20.00 ml fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Layer the pasta, beans, frozen vegetables, tomato, garlic, tomato paste, and pesto in a 3-cup glass jar with a lid. Seal the jar and refrigerate. Store basil in a small zip-top bag in the refrigerator.
  • Simply pour 1 cup of boiling water into the jar and stir until the tomato paste has dissolved. Close the lid and let it sit for 3 minutes, or until heated through. Add the basil, stir, and serve.
