Upgrade your 2-minute noodles with a quick and creamy chicken twist for a delicious dinner in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 4 x 72g pkts 2-minute noodles chicken flavour
- 36.80 gm rice bran oil
- 200g Made Thin Sliced Streaky Bacon
- 500.00 ml cooked BBQ chicken (see note)
- 400g can creamed corn
- 300ml tub lite cooking cream
- 62.50 ml flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Boil noodles in a saucepan of water for 2 minutes, then drain, reserving flavor packets.
- In a large, deep frying pan over high heat, heat oil until shimmering. Cook bacon until crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in BBQ chicken, corn, chicken flavor sachets, and cream; cook for 1 minute. Add noodles and mix well.
- Divide the noodle mix between serving bowls using tongs, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
