Decadent peanut butter chip candies drizzled with vanilla frosting and cocoa melts – a delightful treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips (1 2/3 cups)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 1 bag (12 oz) light cocoa candy melts or coating wafers
Instructions:
  • Prepare cookie sheets by lining them with waxed paper. In a 2-quart saucepan, melt peanut butter chips over low heat while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in frosting. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before handling.
  • Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange them on a baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. In the meantime, melt the candy melts following the instructions on the package.
  • Pierce each ball with a wooden skewer or toothpick, dip it into melted candy, leaving a small area around the skewer uncoated. Place the coated ball on a cookie sheet and use a fork to push the candy off the skewer. Smooth any skewer marks with your finger if desired. If the melted candy starts to set, gently rewarm it in the microwave on LOW power. Let the coated balls stand for 5 minutes until the candy is set.
