Impress your guests with a vibrant American flag fruit pizza, perfect for patriotic celebrations. Features a sugar cookie crust layered with creamy vanilla frosting and fresh summer berries. Easy to make with Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix and fun for the whole family to create together.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch for drop cookies
  • 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Cool Whip frozen whipped topping (from 8-oz container), thawed
  • 1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting (from 1-lb container)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, butter, egg, and cream cheese in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Spread the dough evenly in the bottom of the pan and bake for 13 to 15 minutes until lightly golden brown. Allow it to cool completely on a rack for about 1 hour before serving.
  • In a medium bowl, mix whipped topping and frosting together until smooth. Spread this delicious mixture over the top of the bar. Finally, decorate with blueberries and raspberries to resemble a flag. Keep covered in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
