Versatile homemade meatballs, perfect for dipping in a variety of flavorful sauces.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a large 15 1/2x10 1/2x1-inch jelly roll pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and form into 1-inch meatballs. Arrange meatballs in the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until fully cooked and juices run clear. Allow to cool, then refrigerate until needed. Incorporate into sauce as needed.
