Elevate your crumble with nutritious Granola Dust for a delicious flavor twist!
Ingredients:
  • 800 g mixed apples such as bramley, braeburn, cox
  • 4 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 100 g frozen berries
  • 20 g cold unsalted butter
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 75 g Granola Dust
  • natural yoghurt to serve
Instructions:
  • - Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/gas 5. - Peel, core, and quarter the apples, then cut into chunks. - Cook the apples with sugar over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly softened. - Remove from heat, stir in the frozen berries, and let it cool a bit. - Cube the butter, mix with flour to form breadcrumbs, then add Granola Dust. - Transfer the fruit to a baking dish, sprinkle crumble topping, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crunchy. - Serve with a dollop of yoghurt.
