Baked French bread with brie, apple jelly, and apple slices - perfect party appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup Brie cheese, rind removed
  • 16 thin slices baguette French bread (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons apple jelly
  • 16 thin slices Granny Smith apple
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with foil.
  • Spread a generous layer of cheese on each slice of bread, then delicately drizzle 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of jelly on top. Arrange them elegantly on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Plate the hot appetizers and garnish each one with a fresh apple slice before serving right away.
