Apple, nut, and cheddar cinnamon loaf - a deliciously sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66670000553131 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 apple - peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, walnuts, apples, and cheese in a large bowl. Mix in eggs, melted butter or margarine, and milk until well blended. Pour mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until perfectly cooked. If the loaf is browning too quickly, simply cover with foil.
