Indulge in a chocolate-dipped apple-on-a-stick treat.
Ingredients:
  • 12 small red apples or green apples, washed
  • Toasted shredded coconut, to decorate
  • Sprinkles, to decorate
  • 250g milk choc melts, melted
  • 250g Dark Choc Melts, melted
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large baking tray lined with parchment paper. Insert a sturdy skewer or dowel into the center of each apple. Set up individual shallow bowls for the coconut and sprinkles.
  • Take half of the apples and dip them three-quarters of the way into luscious milk chocolate, swirling to cover them completely. Shake off any extra chocolate, then dip them into your choice of coconut or colorful sprinkles. Place them on a lined tray to harden. Proceed to do the same with the remaining apples, this time using decadent dark chocolate and your chosen toppings of coconut and sprinkles.
