Effortlessly whip up 4 delightful muffin flavors - raspberry, choc chip, apple, and fairy bread - in just 20 minutes using a convenient Kmart pie maker.
Ingredients:
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 125g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) milk
  • 300g (2 cups) plain flour
  • 8.00 gm baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 250.00 ml raspberries
  • 250.00 ml choc chips
  • 1 finely sliced apple
  • 125.00 ml hundreds and thousands
Instructions:
  • Combine condensed milk, butter, and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 2 minutes, or until the butter has melted. Stir thoroughly and allow to cool slightly before using.
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour and baking powder by whisking them together. Add the condensed milk mixture and eggs, then mix until well combined. Finally, fold in your selected flavor.
  • Begin by preheating the pie maker. Spoon batter into each hole, close the lid, and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through. Transfer pies to a wire rack and continue with the remaining batter.
