Easy chocolate puddings made in a pie maker, only 4 ingredients needed for a moist and delicious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder
  • 250g pkt Choc Ripple biscuits
  • Dark chocolate, to serve
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the pie maker. In a large bowl, combine eggs, condensed milk, and cocoa, whisking until well mixed (it's okay if the cocoa is slightly lumpy).
  • Place a biscuit in each pie maker hole, pour 1 tablespoon of egg mixture over each biscuit. Top with another biscuit and pour over another tablespoon of mixture in each. Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Gently transfer the puddings to serving plates. Sprinkle finely grated dark chocolate over each pudding while still warm. Stir the egg mixture and prepare 4 more puddings. Serve with a scoop of ice-cream.
