Wow your guests with a seasonal apple cranberry punch bursting with zesty flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5l fruit juice
  • 750ml ginger beer
  • 1 Pink Lady apple
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 125g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 82.50 ml mint leaves
  • Ice cubes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the Daily Juice Apple Cranberry Juice and ginger beer in a large jug.
  • Slice the apple paper-thin using a mandolin or a sharp knife.
  • Layer the apple slices, lime slices, raspberries, mint leaves, and ice on top of the juice mixture. Gently stir to blend everything together. Serve and enjoy!
