Make a cozy Apple Crisp for Two with cinnamon-spiced apples. Quick and easy dessert using two apples and pantry staples. Ideal for a sweet craving!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, diced (1 1/2 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease 2 (10-oz) ovenproof ramekins with cooking spray.
  • Combine all Topping ingredients in a medium bowl, except for butter. Use a fork to mix in melted butter until crumbly. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the Filling ingredients. Spoon the filling evenly into each ramekin. Sprinkle each ramekin with half of the topping, making sure to mound it as it will naturally settle while baking.
  • Bake until apples are soft and topping is golden brown. Serve while warm.
