Warm apple crumble cocktail with apple schnapps and caramel drizzle, perfect for cozy winter nights.
Ingredients:
  • 90g (1 cup) apple and cinnamon granola
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) honey
  • Caramel sauce, to drizzle
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) pouring cream
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) apple schnapps
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) vodka
  • 12.00 gm icing sugar
  • 2.20 gm vanilla extract
  • 125.00 ml ice cubes
  • Ground cinnamon, to sprinkle
  • Green apple, thinly sliced, to serve
Instructions:
  • Pulse the granola in a food processor until it forms coarse crumbs, then spread it out on a plate.
  • Microwave the honey on High for 10-15 seconds until it's nice and runny, then pour it onto a saucer or a small plate.
  • Dip the rims of four 250ml (1 cup) cocktail glasses in honey and then in the granola mixture to form a crumble edge. Drizzle caramel sauce inside the glasses for decoration.
  • Add milk, cream, schnapps, vodka, icing sugar, and vanilla to a cocktail shaker. Next, include ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into the glasses, dust with ground cinnamon, and garnish each glass with a slice of green apple. Serve promptly.
