Baked apple pie filled tortillas drizzled with sweet syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup water
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Evenly spread a heaping quarter cup of pie filling down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon, then roll up the tortillas, tucking in the edges, and place them seam side down in the prepared dish.
  • Combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes, then pour the sauce over the enchiladas and let it stand for 30 minutes.
  • Bake until golden in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
