Whip up a crowd-pleasing apple fritter bread using apple pie filling for a delicious and easy brunch dish.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 2.6666667461395 cups white sugar
  • 1 pound butter
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups cubed apple pie filling
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously coat 2 fluted tube pans, such as Bundt®, with cooking spray.
  • In a stand mixer, whip together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract until just mixed. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Stir in flour and baking soda until just combined. Slowly pour in milk with the mixer running until batter is smooth.
  • Gently mix the apple pie filling into the batter using your hands, then evenly divide the mixture between the pans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
