Ingredients:
  • 4 slices ham, chopped
  • 1 small apple - peeled, cored and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Combine diced ham and chopped apple with creamy mayonnaise in a small bowl. Spread the flavorful mixture onto two slices of bread. Layer each slice with a piece of cheese, then place a second slice of bread on top to create a delicious sandwich.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Dip sandwich into the egg mixture on both sides. Fry sandwiches in the pan for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Keep a close eye to achieve a golden hue and ensure the eggs are cooked through.
