Ham Steak with Apple Glaze

Savor a quick and flavorful apple-glazed ham steak for dinner. Ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup apple jelly
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 (1-lb.) fully cooked center-cut ham steak (1/2 inch thick)
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except ham steak and cook over low heat until the jelly is melted, stirring occasionally.
  • Oil the grill rack and place the ham steak on a preheated gas or charcoal grill. Brush with the jelly mixture and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until heated through, turning and brushing once. Serve with the extra jelly mixture on the side.
