15-minute dinner: Skillet ham steak glazed with apple BBQ sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1-lb.) fully cooked center-cut ham steak (1/2 inch thick), trimmed of fat
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple jelly
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large nonstick skillet by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add the ham and cook until it is lightly browned on both sides. Remove the pan drippings by draining and discarding them.
  • In a small bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, jelly, and ginger until well combined. Spoon the mixture over the ham and ensure it is evenly coated. Lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the ham is glazed and heated through.
