Elevate your weekend mornings with this indulgent breakfast ready in 30 minutes or less!
Ingredients:
  • 325g ctn buttermilk pancake shake
  • 30g butter
  • 2 red apples, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • Maple syrup, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Follow the instructions on the pancake mix packet. Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan until foamy. Cook apple rounds on both sides until slightly softened.
  • Drizzle a generous portion of the pancake batter over the delicious apples and cook for 2 minutes, or until tempting bubbles start to form on the surface. Flip and cook until beautifully golden. Repeat this process with the rest of the butter, apple, and pancake batter.
  • In a bowl, mix mascarpone and cinnamon. Spoon mascarpone mixture over pancakes and serve with a generous drizzle of maple syrup.
