Mini cheddar, apple, and bacon pies: A flavorful breakfast bite bursting with hearty harvest goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 lb bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chopped peeled apple
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped white onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly coat 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Combine bacon, apple, cheese, onion, sage, and salt in a large bowl. In a separate medium bowl, mix Bisquick® mix, milk, and eggs together until well blended.
  • Place a generous spoonful of Bisquick mixture in each muffin cup, followed by a heaping 1/4 cup of bacon mixture. Finish by covering with the remaining Bisquick® mixture for a delicious final touch.
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and edges are golden. Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack before serving.
