Make Apricot Sesame Bliss Balls for a tasty, easy lunch snack with just 6 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 150g pkt Almonds
  • 150g apricot
  • 110g muesli
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • 24.00 gm sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, finely chop almonds for 40 seconds. Add apricots, muesli, honey, and cinnamon. Process for another 30-40 seconds until smooth and well combined.
  • Spread sesame seeds on a plate. Shape 2 tablespoons of almond mixture into balls. Roll the balls in sesame seeds until well coated. Chill on a lined tray in the fridge for 1 hour until firm. Keep stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
