Indulgent Arabian rose water pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 3.5 cups water
  • 0.5 cup rose water
  • 0.5 cup dry milk powder
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions:
  • Combine water, rose water, milk powder, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan, whisk until smooth. Heat over medium, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, bring to a boil, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir briefly to cool.
  • Spoon the mixture into 8 small serving glasses and chill until firm, around 2 hours.
