Irresistible and creamy hot artichoke dip, a crowd-pleaser for any gathering. Enjoy with bread, crackers, or veggies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 0.75 teaspoon dried dill weed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect bake!
  • Blend artichoke hearts in a food processor until smooth. Add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, and dill and blend until mixture is smooth. Transfer mixture to a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown and bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
