Elevate your dinner table with this flavorful Asian coleslaw twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1000.00 ml shredded baby wombok (Chinese cabbage – see note)
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, grated
  • 250.00 ml beansprouts, trimmed
  • 100g snow peas, thinly sliced
  • 62.50 ml fresh coriander leaves
  • 56.88 gm peanut oil
  • 21.00 gm lime juice
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 100g packet crunchy noodles
Instructions:
  • Combine wombok, onion, carrot, beansprouts, snow peas, and coriander in a large bowl.
  • In a bowl, combine oil, lime juice, sugar, and sesame oil. Pour the mixture over the cabbage, season with salt and pepper, toss well to combine, sprinkle with noodles, and serve.
