Ginger-infused beef and snow peas stir-fry.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound beef round steak, cut into thin strips
  • 8 ounces snow peas
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
  • In a hot wok or skillet, sauté ginger and garlic briefly in oil. Add steak, cook until browned. Toss in snow peas and stir-fry. Pour in soy sauce mixture, simmer until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
